  1. How much down? (#1 most often asked question). - We wish there was one simple answer to this question but candidly there is not. It depends on each customer’s credit history, current income, and the vehicle being purchased. Most importantly, if you take the time to work with us we will work hard to find the best deal possible for you that we can. Our goal is happy customers.
  2. Why don’t you publish your prices online? (#1 most frequent complaint) - We don’t publish our prices for two reasons. First, we follow live market-based pricing and change our prices every day so that you never overpay for a vehicle. Secondly, our prices include an incredible warranty, and 2 years of free oil changes. We don’t want potential customers to confuse our amazing value with another dealer’s “AS-IS” price.
  3. What does “The People’s Dealer” mean? - It’s the motto we live by. It means that we believe everyone deserves to drive a nicer newer car and no one should be stuck driving a car they hate.   4. If I buy from you, will it help my credit? - We are extremely happy to say 100% YES! We report to Equifax every single month!
  5. Do your cars come with a warranty? - Another very easy, very happy answer: YES! We offer a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty that covers all the major stuff plus other things like A/C, starter, and alternator to name a few.
  6. What do I need to do to drive away in a car TODAY? - At a minimum we need your driver’s license, proof of insurance, and information about your license plate if you have one. If we are financing the purchase of the vehicle we have a packet that you need to completely fill out before driving off the lot. Go to the top of this web page to find the BHPH Finance Package.
  7. Can I make payments online? - We are all super busy so we’ve made it easy. You can make payments in person, over the phone, or on our website. You can even set up automatic payments so that you don’t have to worry about remembering. But if you do make payments online we hope that you will still stop by every once in a while so that we can say hello and catch up.
  8. Where do you get your cars? - We get them from all over: some are trade ins, some are purchased privately and some are bought at dealer auctions. But no matter where they come from, all our cars have gone through an extension inspection and reconditioning process. We spend an average of $800 per vehicle to make sure you have a great driving experience starting on day 1.
  9. Do you all take trades or buy cars privately? - YES, bring the vehicle by and we will appraise it for you for free.
  10. How come you all are so amazing? - Why thank you for noticing! Honestly, it’s a decision we made a long time ago. To work harder than anyone around so that we can make our customers happy and take care of their automotive needs. If we do that, we know that our customers will take care of us and everyone will be happy.
